Early Voting is located in the Election Office at the rear of the Haywood County Courthouse.
PHOTO ID LAW
Voters who vote in person during early voting or on Election Day must present
a Photo ID issued by the federal or Tennessee state government.

Handicapped and/or elderly persons who believe that their polling places are inaccessible are
encouraged to vote early or may vote at the Election Commission Office on Election Day.
Voters who intend to vote at the Election Commission Office on Election Day
must notify the commission in writing no later than October 25, 2014.
Absentee by mail requests are due no later than TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2014
